STEM Summer Camp at SUNO

Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO) will host three weeks CAM Summer Camp for local high school students (entering 10 through 12 for this Fall, 2016). The Camp is intended to increase interest in STEM by exposing the students to different scientific topics. This camp is funded by the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration. CAM Summer Camp will run from Tuesday, July 4 — Friday, July 22, 2016 on SUNO’s campus from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm daily. Students will be engaged in ACT Prep, 3D Printer, and Science activities. There will be a one hour lunch break from 12:00 noon – 1:00 pm and lunch will be provided free of charge. Students will be paid $200.00 upon completing the CAM SUMMER CAMP. Students and their parents will need to sign a contract form on the first day of CAM SUMMER CAMP. Deadline for CAM Summer Camp application is Friday, June 17, 2016.
