Rebuilding Together New Orleans

Rebuilding Together New Orleans is a local affiliate of a national nonprofit organization – Rebuilding Together – which has restored and revitalized more than 100,000 homes over the past 19 years. Rebuilding Together New Orleans volunteers work under the supervision of skilled RTNO construction staff rebuilding the homes of low-income elderly and disabled residents.

One weekend a month, RTNO holds a “Local Build” for New Orleanians to help their neighbors rebuild their homes. The workdays are Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The maximum group size is 50 people. There is no fee for local groups. To volunteer, contact Alyssa Provencio, Volunteer Program Officer, at aprovencio@prcno.org or 504.636.3076.

The next Local Builds will be Nov 7, Jan 23, and April 17.
