Operation Reconstruct: Free Construction Training

Operation Reconstruct is designed to provide construction skills training to out-of-school youth. Classes have already begun with graduates receiving a nationally recognized credential and assistance with job placement.

Participants between the ages 18 – 21 will receive classroom and hands-on training in employability and life skills, work safety and proper tool use, basic residential carpentry, electrical wiring, plumbing, maintenance, construction math, and work place communication skills. Upon completion, graduates will receive a “nationally- recognized” Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (PACT) certificate and job placement assistance.
