Operation HOPE is inviting six small businesses to participate in a special program to defy the recession and increase sales. Would you like to increase your sales of products and/or services by at least $1,000 or 10% of your recent monthly sales? The January CHALLENGE PROGRAM will begin Tuesday, January 5th from 5:30- 7:00 and continue with five weekly Tuesday night meetings through February 2st. Challenge Clients will be selected from persons expressing interest, based on types of businesses and potential to grow. A personal commitment of time to do the sales work is essential. Only six small business participants will be enrolled in the January program. Participants will set personal goals and allocate time to work at increasing revenues. Marketing strategies will be created for each participant. A list of sales “to do’s” will be generated for each business. Challenge Clients will report on progress and lay out strategies for the following weeks. By Feb 2st each person will report on accomplishments, sales increases, and lessons learned.
