This fest, which also features Mark Fowler's band, Lips and The Trips, is sponsored by the Neighborhood Merchants Association. Portions of Esplanade will be blocked-off, and stores will be open for business for holiday shopping and mingling. Be a local in your local community, come out to enjoy this entire evening in your own neighborhood, and pray it doesn't rain. (If it rains, the music will move indoors at Robert and Elizabeth Thompson's Fairgrinds.) Everybody's welcome.
