Job Order Contracting (JOC) Is A Firm Fixed Priced, Competitively Bid, Indefinite Quantity Procurement Process For Construction And Repair Projects.

Contractors interested in working with the City Of New Orleans are encouraged to attend this informational conference about JOC and how to prepare bids for future JOC contracts.

JOC contractors will be asked to BID adjustment factors to a Pre-Priced catalog of installed prices, this outreach seminar is to educate all interested Contractors in this Procurement method.
