Screenings and tests offered include blood pressure, BMI, dental screenings, glaucoma, glucose, Hgb A1C, Hematocrit, HIV, pregnancy, prenatal care, prostate and women's health. Educational seminars and talks will be given on CPR, heart failure, hypertension, obesity, stroke and telehealth. An array of health related resources will be available including mobile healthcare units, confidential consultations, and relevant topics discussed in forum formats.

Also local New Orleans celebrity personalities Dr. Rani Whitfield, "The Hip-Hop Doc" and Dr. Corey Hebert will be in attendance. Free refreshments and food will be provided along with raffle prizes and other giveaways and in keeping with traditional New Orleans fanfare, a New Orleans Brass Band will provide musical entertainment.
