On Sunday, May 17th, the Alliance for Affordable Energy, the Green Project, UNO's Rebuilding Information Station, Global Green and the Tulane City Center will open up their doors for tours of green building resources in New Orleans.

Grab a map from one of the sponsoring organizations (see the website for locations), visit the 6 locations (open from 12-5 pm) and then join the party from 5-7 pm at the BuildSmart Learning Center (1001 S. Broad St., NOLA) for food, drinks and prizes.

Featured on the tour will be an energy efficient model house, a LEED-certified “green home”, a building materials recycling store, an urban farm and market, a sustainable gardening system and a technical-building resource center.

Pick up your map today from sponsoring locations. You can have your passport stamped at any of the locations prior to the event, or you can get stamps from all six locations on May 17th.
